Vimy Ridge, Passchendaele, Arras, 1918 Final Advance, &c. Informative text with unusually detailed sketch maps of battery positions on the Arras-Lens road & elsewhere. Detailed casualty roll & complete nominal roll. "This is a sound workmanlike history which contains all the required information." - Perkins. Orig. blue cloth, gilt, sp. sunned o/w VG with ink ownership of "E.R. Elgood 189997 one of the Seventh" beneath which is written a lengthy & interesting note to Shirley recording the owner's original enlistment into 91st CEF & transfer in England to 10th Siege Battery, which eventually reinforced the 7th.
