The only volume published (Vol. II exists in draft form at the PRO). A scholarly & essential work of reference, the result of years of work by Capt. FitzM. Stacke (who died in 1935), reworked & expanded by his successor. Original 1941 edition very scarce & this reprint quickly went out of print & is also increasingly scarce.
