Wilfred Graham Burchett was an Australian journalist who was covering the Sino-Japanese war, then went into Burma with the Chinese Army on the outset of their Burma campaign in WW2. Much on the subsequent retreat & fall of Burma. He went on to be the first Western journalist to report from Hiroshima after the nuclear bomb.
