Contains interesting description of the decaying Ottoman Empire, observations on The Great Game, &c. Very good oldish (pre 1961 evidently, as there is a neat ownership inscrip with this date to ffep) red cloth rebind, gilt to sp., nice copy other than the unfortunate lack of two of the plates.
