Battery roll of all ranks (noting original members), details of officers services & awards. "Although it was during that period an element of the British Army, the Batt. kept its South African identity & the men continued to wear South African gunner cap badges. This booklet [sic] chronicles in commendable detail its activities from April 1916 onwards in the major actions of the following two years..." - Perkins.
