Outline British trenches & detailed German trench systems east of Ypres from north of Railway Wood, south through Hooge, Clonmel Copse, Shrewsbury Forest &c. down to Klein Zillebebeke, trenches corrected to 1/4/1917, i.e. the position before Messines & 3rd Ypres. As well as trenches, various mine craters are identified. Various locations marked in pencil which are identified in an ink marginal note as "Positions before & after Battle of MESSINES June 1917. During battle, Barrage of 315 Army Brigade on Hill 60." VG & scarce. See illustration on our website.
