This battery commander's daily diary from 4th September 1917 (when mobilized at Fort Snelling for active service) through to 30th April 1919 when ordered home. Of course a very great happened in between & daily entries during operations are lengthy & informative. Orig. grey cloth, gilt to front & sp., VG & presumably privately printed & circulated. Inscribed by author to ffep: "To my comrade of the 151st G.M. Crittenden. George E. Leach Colonel." See illustrations on our website.
