The first part contains a detailed record from regimental & other sources, including a roll of the detachment that served with the CIV during the Boer War. Part II contains a fairly concise, but still useful, account of the 1st Bn. 3rd Londons in France & Flanders 1915-18, the 2nd Bn. in Egypt & Palestine, the 3rd Bn. at Home then in France 1917-18, plus brief mention of Provisional Battalions &c. Two parts bound together in boards with cloth backstrip & paper label to front. VG & scarce.
