Attached to Derbyshire Yeomanry 1914 & served with them in Egypt then Gallipoli from Suvla Bay landing to evacuation in November. (a second volume of memoirs, 'Macedonian Musings,' dealt with his services 1916-18). Orig. orange cloth, gilt, little rubbed & worn, generally VG & scarce. See illustration on our website.
