Excellent account of the final battle in Burma when the trapped Japanese 28th Army tried to break out across the Sittang River, but had to get through the British & Indian Divisions that held the road from Mandalay to Rangoon. The author was a British intelligence officer during the operations described. Little stained o/w VG in dw. See illustration on our website.
