Albert Cowton's memoirs, posthumously published by his wife. He enlisted in the RMLI in 1905, served with Kite Balloon sections in France & Flanders 1915, Ismailia 1916, Mesopotamia 1916-17, with 27 (B) Sgdrn. RAF on the NWF in 1920s (Waziristan, Razmak, Chitral &c. from 1921-29). Orig. blue cloth, sp. sunned o/w VG.
