Catalogue “Gold” is so named in memory of the beach in Normandy where many British troops landed on D Day, 1944. The catalogue contains the first of three instalments of an impressive collection of books relating to the Normandy landings and the ongoing campaign to Germany, 1944-45 (tems 1-108). This collection includes many rare unit histories and an excellent selection of official and personal accounts.
