Exceedingly interesting work on front line intelligence, how it is obtained, digested & made use of, i.e. aerial observation, ground observation, examination of PoWs, patrols, raids & recces; Intelligence organization & Canadian Corps organization. The author served on the General Staff of the 4th Canadian Division. Orig. maroon cloth, gilt, nice copy in spotted & marked but generally VG & rare dw. Very nice copy, inscribed "With the Compliments of the Author James E. Hahn." See illustration on our website.
