War experiences of father & son; Malcolm was an Official War Correspondent with the New Zealanders in Egypt, Gallipoli & France; Noel was a combatant soldier, in the ranks with the ANZACs at Gallipoli (wounded, discharged & made his way to London where he wrote for The Times then commissioned in the Royal Field Artillery & died in Dec. 1917).
