Orig. green cloth, silver gilt, near fine with printed slip (with ms. name) loosely inserted recording that this copy was presented in memory of Lance-Corporal W.J. Turner (note from CWGC records: 1423106 L/Cpl. William John Turner died of wounds near St Gregoire, France, 26th Aug. 1944, aged 20, & is buried in St Desir Brit. Cem., Normandy.)
