A very nice copy of the deluxe edition bound in excellent half morocco over green cloth boards with armorial bookplate of Capt. L. Beaumont Tansley, RA, MC, who provided some of the illustrations & maps used in the book, plus an interesting letter to him from the author loosely inserted, thanking him for his share in the production of the book, &c.
